When will my order be processed?

All orders are usually processed and fulfilled within 2 business days. We strive to get your brooches to you as soon as possible. However because our brooches undergo vigorous quality checks and are hand packed, allow up to 5 business days during peak seasons.

I opted for Singpost Tracked Shipping, when will my items arrive?

Packages shipped by this method typically takes 2-4 business days to arrive.

How about by Courier Delivery, how long can I expect my package to arrive at my doorstep?

Order cut-offs for next-day Courier pick up is 6pm every day (Monday-Sunday). Upon successful pick-up, our delivery partner will deliver your packages the next day (excluding Sunday).

Do you ship international?

Yes we do! Contact us and we will share with you our international shipping rates.

How do I know if my order has been shipped?

You will receive an e-mail notification once your item ships, your tracking number will be provided in the fulfillment e-mail.

I didn’t receive the correct items, who can I contact for exchange?

We vet each package to ensure the correct items are matched to every order. If we made a boo-boo, write to us at thehawwasg@gmail.com and we will get you squared right away.
